The Calm Spaces with Animals group is based at either our PAHS house or farm. This group will including doing some mindfulness activities, and using our animal friends to identify emotions that animals and humans feel, identify why they might feel that way and practice effective calm down strategies.
We will also do some yoga poses, with our baby goats joining in
