Flexible Support Tailored to You – At Home, in the Community, or at our Farm & Pearson House
As a registered NDIS provider with over 10 years of experience, we understand how important it is to receive support that’s truly tailored to your individual needs. That’s why we offer a wide range of flexible options — whether you prefer support in your home, out in the community, or in unique, nature-based environments like our farm or the Pearson House in Hackham.

IN-HOME SUPPORTS
We are fully registered to provide both standard and high-intensity NDIS supports, including:
- Complex bowel care
- Severe dysphagia management
- Catheter management
- Complex wound care
- Subcutaneous injections (e.g. for diabetes management)
We also support your daily routines with compassion, dignity, and respect. We can assist with:
- Showering and dressing
- Medication administration
- Meal preparation and cooking
- Cleaning and gardening

COMMUNITY ACCESS SUPPORT
Our dedicated mentors can support you to engage with the community in meaningful and enjoyable ways. This might include:
- Shopping trips
- Social outings
- Personal training sessions
- Yoga and mindfulness
- Nature walks and hikes
- Attending medical appointments
Whether it’s building independence or simply enjoying life, we’re here to help you get out and about with confidence.

THE PEARSON HOUSE - Hackham Social Club
Our purpose-designed house in Hackham provides the perfect environment to develop functional life skills in a real-world setting.
Set on nearly an acre of fully gated land, it features:
- A modern kitchen
- Spacious laundry
- Productive garden
- A 7 x 15 metre social hub filled with sensory play equipment, computers, and recreational resources
It’s an ideal space for structured learning, socialising, and developing independence in a safe and welcoming environment.

SOMETHING EXTRA: SUPPORT AT THE FARM
In partnership with Pearson’s Farm & Animal Rescue, we offer unique, nature-based mentoring sessions at our working farm. Here, you can enjoy:

VISIT OUR BABY ANIMAL NURSERY
Depending on the season, you’ll have the chance to meet and care for adorable young animals, such as:
- 🐑 Playful lambs
- 🐐 Cheeky goat kids
- 🐄 Curious calves
- 🦘 Kangaroo joeys
Sessions can be as short as one hour or extend to a full day. All farm mentors are specially trained to support both participants and our animals with care and professionalism.

MEET OUR NATIVE WILDLIFE
Spend quiet time with our gentle Australian residents:
- Pademelons and Bettongs (tiny kangaroos!)
- Rescued kangaroos living peacefully on the farm
Creative Ways to use your Core budget
Your NDIS Core Supports budget is the most versatile and flexible of all the budget items in your plan and can be used in so many creative ways. It is all about getting you out and about, meeting your goals and enjoying life. To help you think outside the box a little bit, here are some of the more creative ways you can use your Core Supports budget.

Flexible, Tailored Programs, aimed to focus on your goals and interests
(no extra charges, unless stated – 2 hours minimal shift)
*each shift includes 15 minutes for shift notes.
Music enrichment
Do you want to learn to play a musical instrument, like the drums, piano or guitar? Do you love rap music? Or does Karaoke inspire you?
Animal experiences
Come and meet some of our animals at Pearsons Farm! We have cows, sheep, ponies, horses, Bucky the alpaca, goats, you name it we have it. As part of your mentoring experience, you can have a session at the farm.
Farmer for the morning/day
Come and learn how to be a farmer; care and feed the animals, collect the eggs, help in the veggie garden.
Cooking – from the garden to the plate.
Walk around the farm and collect eggs and veggies to make a yummy lunch, afternoon tea or dinner.
$5.00 charge for ingredients
Do you love cars?
Get picked up in a beautiful hotted up Mustang. Drive to the Motor Museum, followed by lunch in the hills.
On Weekends only
*Extra costs for lunch and transport costs.
Learn how to care for chickens
Anyone can have a couple of chickens in the back garden. Learn how to care for some chickens; collect their eggs and build a pen for them.
Growing your own Veggies in one square metre
Have your own spot in our veggie garden, learn when to plant and what to plant. Or replicate it at home, and let us teach you how to do it.
Come for a walk, stay for afternoon tea
Just come and hang out, go for a walk in the Onkaparinga Gorge, see the river and Kangaroos.
Come meet our Bees
Learn how important bees are and how much food relies on pollination by bees. See our bee gardens and look at the hives.
