Girls Social Group
For young women from 13 to 18 years old.
What to expect during the session
The Girls Social Group is for young women aged 15 to 18 years who want to make friends, try new things, and enjoy fun evenings together.
The group meets during school terms, with a different activity every week and a shared meal – all while building social skills, confidence, and friendships in a supportive environment.
On certain weeks, we cook the meal together, learning new recipes and teamwork skills. Other times, we might head out to a local restaurant for a treat. But the evening doesn’t end there — our activities are as varied as our members’ interests and can include:
- Arts and crafts
- Bowling
- Visiting the animals at Pearson’s Farm
- Walking along the beach at sunset
- Attending events and festivals around Adelaide
We love hearing ideas from the group and regularly plan activities based on what the girls are most excited about. Every week is something new — and always full of laughter, connection, and shared experiences
