Bianca

Mentor and Allied Health Assistant

I am currently completing a Bachelor of Paramedic Science at Flinders, due for completion at the end of 2021. I am a qualified makeup artist and spray tanner and enjoy being creative and helping clients feel good about themselves.  I have previously worked in hospitality and retail for over ten years. I have always enjoyed working with people of all ages from all different backgrounds, but developed that passion through my Paramedic placements and volunteer work with Safe Pets Safe Families. This led me to joining the PAHS team in 2019.

I am a very empathetic person and I always treat my clients with compassion, dignity and respect, the same way I would want myself or a loved one to be treated. I have a positive attitude, great sense of humour and am very easy to get along with.

I am an animal lover! I have 3 beautiful dogs, a bearded dragon and 4 flemish giant rabbits. I have bottle fed two of my bunnies from birth, Hendricks and Tiny Teddy, they follow me everywhere!

If I’m not at work you’ll find me spending time with my family, whether it be walking along the beach with the dogs or having a quiet day at home watching a movie. I love being active, playing sports and exploring new playgrounds with my young daughter. I also love doing jigsaw puzzles, cooking and enjoying a nice cup of coffee.

Qualifications:

  • Currently 2nd year Paramedic Student
  • Provide First Aid including CPR
  • Manual Handling
  • Current DSCI screenings
  • Current National Police Check
  • Certificate in Professional Makeup Artistry
